TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Fees you have to pay and the terms are set out upon set up of your monthly membership/ lock-in membership / upfront membership
2. There are NO REFUNDS available for any casual classes, upfront packages, upfront memberships or challenges.
3. If you fall behind in direct debit payments, your membership may be suspended and you could be refused access to the studion until payments are up to-date.
4. Your Membership may also be terminated if any Fees remain unpaid for an extended period. You will still be liable for all unpaid amounts.
5. If you pay any Fees, by direct debit, you will be provided with a copy of Direct Debit Agreement upon initial set up
6. By nominating a credit or debit account, you authorise our us, to deduct from that account all fees and other charges you are responsible for under this agreement.
7.You must keep your account details up to date and ensure there is enough money in your nominated account on the usual payment, or the next working day if that falls on a day when banks do not process payments. If there is not enough money in your nominated account on the usual payment day, or there is another reason that your account was unable to be debited you may be in default. That sum may be added to your next debit amount.
8. There is a maximum suspension period of 4 weeks PER CALENDAR YEAR - all suspensions must be applied for in writing directly to the EFIT PT business page
9. If you wish to cancel your no-lock in membership you must send your request through to the EFIT PT business page - all debits in that 30 day period will still get taken.
10. If you wish to cancel your lock-in membership you must pay the remaining of the term in full before your membership will be closed down.
