What is PT MINDER?
PT MINDER is a software that EFIT uses to book ALL classes through.
How do I set up my account?
To set up your account you will need to head to www.efitpt.ptminder.com (its free), from there once you have created your username and password you will be able to download the app from the app store on your mobile phone.
If you ARE NOT on direct debit and wish to purchase a casual class, 5 class pass or 10 class pass this must be done through the above link via using your desktop or the internet app on your phone (like safari), for the 5 or 10 class pass once purchased through the link you will be able to book and cancel classes through the app.
If you are on direct debit someone from EFIT will add your membership on for you that allows you to book classes.
I have signed up for a membership, why cant I book classes yet?
There may be a few reasons firstly I would suggest logging in and out of your PT minder account, If you are on a certain membership it may be that you have used your fortnightly class allocation. Otherwise please take into consideration your membership start date which you would have selected when you set your membership up through the direct debit link. Your memberships will commence then on wards & be billed on a fortnightly schedule. If you wish to come prior to your membership commencing you can purchase casual classes or passes through the app under 'store'.
Why is there a debt showing in my pt minder app?
Here at EFIT we use two different systems, Paysmart for direct debit & pt minder for class scheduling / booking. It can sometimes take a while for these to sync up. Please DO NOT go & pay the 'debt' over on paypal. If you were owing any sort of money to EFIT you would be contacted by us or Paysmart.
Booking & cancellation time periods:
You will need to book your class NO LATER than an hour before the class starts.
Cancellations are to be done 2 hours prior to the class starting. Please note if you miss the cut off for cancelling the class or do not show to a class this still gets taken off your allocated class amounts.
If you cancel in that time frame the class will get added back into your total amount of classes for the week.
What if a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or illness by EFIT?
ALL classes will be credited back to your account (please allow 12 hours for this to happen)
