EFIT MEMBER FAQ
1. Do I have to wait outside for all classes?
NO, unless there is a class prior to your class please feel free to come in. Otherwise if you are waiting for a class to start whilst one is running, you MUST WAIT outside until some people have left as I am only permitted a certain amount of people & having extras in may tip my capacity over.
2. Can I just bring my kids along?
Usually yes, but during these times as mentioned above I am only permitted for a certain number total of people on the premises this includes me. For that reason we have the booking sheet located on my desk for a week at a time, which enables us to see if you are able to bring your kids to that session. As mentioned in a previous live video in the members group, this will all be relative to the kids ages/ compliance etc. Just like usual children are NOT permitted to run free through the studio.
3. What equipment do I need to bring?
So again due to all that is going on with COVID-19 one of the regulations is minimal use of shared equipment so you will notice I have only programmed those types of classes on PT minder. You will until further notice be required to bring your own exercise mat as well as a sufficient sized towel. Please have a read of the classes below which require some form of equipment.
- Kettlebell > requires a kettlebell
- Bands & BW > requires a long band
- ABT > Can be done without but most use ankle weights for this class
4. Everything is booked out, what do I do?
We recommend booking classes in advance for this reason, If you book in advance and later find out you can no longer make that class you can cancel it within the cancellation periods. The other option is to jump on the waitlist for that class and if a place for that class becomes available you will get notified via email to let you know you go into the class.
5. Why aren't we offering online classes anymore?
There are a few reasons, first one was lack of interest & secondly I'm just not sure where I would find the time to schedule these in due to my current workload.
