Do you offer trials?
Yes we do, we offer 7 days of unlimited classes free - bookings essential

What happens if the time I want to attend is booked out?
We suggest getting on the wait-list as there is a 9/10 chance of you getting off the wait-list. Once you start to get in the rhythm of thing you will be able to book classes in advance

What does EXP mean?
EXP means EXPRESS meaning a shorter class (30 minutes) so it is an express version of a usual class. Classes like Metafit & Circuit Fusion on the weekends are also 30 minutes - pt minder (the booking app we use also displays the duration of the class)

What classes are where?
All classes are located at our HQ in Port Kennedy (Bakewell Drive)

What classes are best to try if you are just starting out?
The majority of our classes are all scale-able meaning they have lower intensity options. If you are looking for a class to ease your way back into it or get a feel we would recommend starting with something such as some of the below classes
  • Full Body
  • Bands & BW
  • Lower body
  • ABT
  • Upper body
  • ​Circuit

What classes are not ideal for beginners?
  • Metafit
  • Cardio
  • HIIT Fit
With the above classes its not because you wont be able to do it at all its just because these are HIIT classes and most people like to gradually ease into them but after 3-5 weeks most people give them a go & work their way up.

Are your memberships lock in?
We have various options, please contact our team to discuss.

Can I come to classes if I have an injury?
The answer will be different person to person, firstly you need to ensure you have clearance from your  health professional. Secondly as an example if  your lower body is injured we wouldn't advise coming along to a lower body class as you will require an entirely different program & that is more personal training rather than group fitness, same applies to upper body etc.
With classes such as full body we are happy to write  a few alternative options.


Can I just turn up?
NO - BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL 
All of our bookings are done through an online system or via a booking app

Can I bring my kids?
Yes, providing you accept all responsibility for them.  We do not take any responsibility if you wish to bring them along.. (there  is a kids corner with a chalk board, books, toys, blocks etc) They must stay in the designated area during the classes if you wish to bring them along. They are not permitted to run around or follow you around during our classes.
* Please note the only class that kids are NOT permitted is Evening Yoga 

What do I need to bring?
Your water bottle (we have plenty of mats at HQ so mats are NOT required to bring). If you wish to attend a kettlebell class please note you are required to bring your own (I have spares if you wish to try before buying your own) If you wish to add extra to our ABT class you can bring you own ankle weights.

What do I wear?
I would suggest wearing exercise leggings, track pants or shorts as well as a singlet or t-shirt. Please make sure to wear suitable training shoes.

Is this suitable for all fitness levels?
yes, most of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels - however there are a  few more tailored to  the intermediate to advanced fitness levels (you can find which ones they are in the class descriptions)

Do you offer private 1 on 1 training?
I am at maximum capacity for private clients, please let me know if you would like a recommendation for a local PT I am more than happy to pass on their details

What is the difference between the groups?
1, E-FIT - Health & Fitness Community Group for Women - This is a FREE interactive group for anyone.. LADIES ONLY. This group is a safe space to discuss anything health and fitness... This is the group you will find free workouts, free recipes etc.

2.E-FIT PT - Members Group - This group is for MEMBERS ONLY, so if you come to the EFIT classes this group is a must as it includes all class updates, any upcoming changes, member events etc.

3. EFIT facebook page, is a page for everyone to see what we get up to during our classes.
