From there we will assign the classes to your PT Minder account, therefor allowing you to book your allocated amount of classes for the fortnight.
**PLEASE NOTE; there is a one off fee of $11.00 to set up your direct debit account with our debit provider.
**THERE IS A $15 DISHONOUR FEE IF YOUR DEBIT BOUNCES
SUSPENSIONS IF you wish to suspend your account due to holidays, illness or injury we require 14 days written notice in writing to our business facebook page (NOT to our personal accounts)
You can suspend your account from 14 days up to 30 days maximum (MAXIMUM OF 4 WEEKS PER CALENDAR YEAR) any longer than that and your account will need to be closed down. Unfortunately you WILL NOT be able to keep your current rate if you choose to close your account should you sign back up later down the track.
Please make a note of the date your suspension finishes & payments resume as there is no function for the system we use to remind you - we suggest putting this either in your paperback diary or your phone, maybe even on the fridge.
CANCELLATIONS: Here at EFIT we have 2 types of memberships "lock in" contracts & 30 days notice > IF you wish to cancel we require 30 DAYS written notice, this notice is required regardless of attendance, regardless if on suspension as per the above the message must be sent to the EFIT business facebook page (NOT our personal accounts). When our team receive your message we will advise you of your LAST debit date before your account is fully closed. Please note if you ever decided to re-join you WILL be required to pay the $11.00 sign up fee again as well as the current rate of the package you wish to sign up on at that point in time.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE ON SUSPENSION WHEN YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL THE 30 DAYS WILL BE FROM THE DAY OF CANCELLATION REQUEST
