So many people ask me what I eat.. You may be surprised but I eat ALOT! Ask anyone.. I can't go more than 3 hours without food.. an overwhelming feeling of Hanger takes over and no one can be saved.
On a typical day my eating looks like this;
06:00AM - protein oat smoothie, or breakfast muffins
09:00AM - Bliss ball or zuchinni slice
12:00PM - This weeks lunch special was turkey mince, with grated zuchinni, carrots, onions & tinned tomato with a variety of seasoning.. lots of chilli.
02:30PM - A variety of cut up veggies & homemade gauc ( Avocado, greek yoghurt, chilli & garlic)
04:30PM - A banana to get me through the gym and until dinner
06:30-07:30PM - Some form of seasoned chicken with brocolli & sweet potato or turkey sausages with steamed greens.
If I am still hungry after that, I have a protein shake (casein) or some more chicken depends what I feel like and then I am in bed by 08:30PM at the latest #nannalife
