Time and time again I hear excuses from people not only in a fitness environment but in office environment, life in general etc.
The old "I don't have time for that" excuse.. umm hello everyone has the same 24 hours in their day, its just what YOU choose to do with that time.
"I'm too old" You are only as young as you feel, age is just a number
"I am too tired" Are you sleeping enough?
It is time to put yourself first and making time for excuses. You want to work out, but you don’t have the time? Wake up early and get your workout on. Excuses are something that make you feel better about yourself for not doing something you want/need to be doing. You want those results?Then stop bitching, and start doing.
Take action today! You are the only one that can set and achieve the goals that you set yourself.
Yes. other people can inspire you, but only you can motivate yourself. It is your decision to adjust your thinking and then take action from there. You already have fantastic potential and that will never change, but you need to believe in yourself if you want to reach your potential. Now.. GO.. and make this day amazing. Learn new things, meet new people, and get things done- that is how you get closer to getting what you want in life.
