What keeps me motivated?
The want to be healthy and be the best I can be.
(Dont judge me) Chips & gravy, anything Mexican & Waffles.. everything in moderation...right?
Help other people believe they can do it and give them the tools and knowledge to do so.
Favourite body part to train?
My favourite part to train would have to be legs or back.. too hard to choose.
When did I start this journey, and why?
Pretty sure I started my journey in about 2011 because I wanted to feel good about myself rather than embarrassed.

How often do I train?
5-6 days a week depending how my energy levels are.
