What was the reason for starting your fitness journey? I have always been pretty active growing up; surfing, playing rugby etc. When I turned 18 I got caught up in the drinking/party scene (as most of us do) I took my health for granted. One day I looked in the mirror and decided that enough was enough & that is when I mad the decision to become healthier & turn my life around.
How long have you been working out? About 2-3 years
How do you stay motivated? My partner kicks me out of bed & supports me in everything that I do.
Hardest thing in the lead up to your bodybuilding competition? Fighting the evil inside me, I love sweets & pies too much!
What is your current goal? Getting ready for a very special day in my life #shreddingforthewedding and possibly step on stage in September 2016.
Favorite cheat meal? Chocolate pudding with cookies & cream icecream
Who is your favorite athlete/bodybuilder? Anthony Minichiello & Hidatari Yamagashi
Favorite body part to train? Legs & abs
What is the biggest hurdle you have encountered to date? I currently have a foot injury & I have slight spondylolisthesis (permanent back injury)
Advice for people starting out? Put your shoes on and just do it! Learn to love it & stay humble
