Something a little bit different to my normal blog posts, Heres a recipe to the breakfast muffins I just made! Easy for breakfast on the go.
-2 cups of spelt or wholemeal flour
- salt and pepper
- 1T garlic
- 1t of baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of skim milk
- 1/2 cup of plain greek yoghurt
- 2 handfuls of chopped spinach
- red onion
Mix everything together and add veggies and bacon at the end.
put in the oven @ 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked all the way through :)
