Time and time again I hear excuses from people not only in a fitness environment but in office environment, life in general etc.
The old "I don't have time for that" excuse.. umm hello everyone has the same 24 hours in their day, its just what YOU choose to do with that time.
"I'm too old" You are only as young as you feel, age is just a number
"I am too tired" Are you sleeping enough?
It is time to put yourself first and making time for excuses. You want to work out, but you don’t have the time? Wake up early and get your workout on. Excuses are something that make you feel better about yourself for not doing something you want/need to be doing. You want those results? Then stop bitching, and start doing.
Take action today! You are the only one that can set and achieve the goals that you set yourself.
Yes. other people can inspire you, but only you can motivate yourself. It is your decision to adjust your thinking and then take action from there. You already have fantastic potential and that will never change, but you need to believe in yourself if you want to reach your potential. Now.. GO.. and make this day amazing. Learn new things, meet new people, and get things done- that is how you get closer to getting what you want in life.
“You may never know what results come from your action. But if you do nothing, there will be no result.”
Everyday we are all being pulled in so many directions by work, friends, family, life etc. I personally have a habit of trying to make sure everyone else is happy before I am happy, I put everyone else's needs before my own. This past month has made me realise it's time to put myself first and start living my life, without caring what other people think.
Yes, I love helping people don't get me wrong but when you are busting your non existent balls trying to help them and those people you go out of your way for are not grateful for all you do, what's the point? A simple thank you can go a long way.
Over time I’ve come to realise that acting in your own best interests, when done properly, isn’t a selfish act – it’s a way to ensure that you’re making the very best of your life, so that you can help those around you to make the very best of theirs. You have a choice and the choice is yours to make, will you go out and do what you need to do to regain your happiness or will you continue serving everyone else but yourself? At the end of the day your number one priority should be yourself, putting yourself first is not selfish it is essential.
Sometimes we need to just relax. Stress and anxiety can be a contributor to negative attitude and depression, which then leads to lower self-esteem, low energy, and lack of motivation. Sometimes you need to take some time for yourself and find ways to reduce your stres
Keep your eyes peeled on Instagram for my continued journey of self discovery and getting the most out of my life, FOR ME.
Lately I have been feeling so exhausted, I have been missing out on life because I am always so tired. I have tried changing a few things: sleeping more, exercising less, changing my diet, taking iron, nothing so far has worked. So I am getting out of my comfort zone and trying something new. Lets be honest.. what have I got to loose?
For the past 3 years I have been and continue to suffer with the below issues.
After reading about the great results other people have had with this product I have decided to try it to see if it changes any of the above issues.
So stay tuned for my journey below, I will be updating this weekly and will post the final blog when I have completed a full 30 days taking these supplements
Week 1: Started the day off with 2 tablets and had the sachet towards the end of my day. WOW what a difference not only in my mood but my energy, It wasn't the jittery pre-workout energy it was clean fresh energy that made me feel happy and amazing.
Week 2: Took my tablets before heading down south at 4am, felt good. Was so exhausted when we got home and wanted to go for a skate to finish my day so I took a sachet and BAM I felt absolutely amazing, filled with a nice steady flow of energy and it kept me going until bed time.
Week 3: Absolutely feeling the benefits of this combo! My recovery is so much quicker from workouts now its crazy.
Week 4: No period pain what so ever, I haven't been feeling tired either.
If you want to see the massive impact it had on inflammation head over to my Instagram @efitpt to check out my 4 week progress picture.
