Ok guys, its no secret that about this time every year the temparature drops, the mornings & nights get darker, motivation levels seem to dissapear.
I totally get it, getting out of bed when its fresh as fuck & dark is hard... I get it, When your bed feels like the comfiest, warmest place on earth.. I get it.. It is hard! I'm not going to deny that winter isn't a struggle, becuase it is! But what is a bigger struggle is waking up every day hating the place you are at and feeling like you have no power to change it, but heres the good news... YOU DO! Its just up to YOU to decide how badly you actually want it, you need to decide if staying in bed for an extra 45 minutes is worth it or not. Remember all those warmer months that you worked your butt off in? pushed yourself to the limits? All the results you acheived? All the motivation you had for that "summer body"? Guess what..? Summer bodies are made in the winter guys, DON'T let all your hard work go to waste just because its cold. Winter is the time to be putting in all the effort! Bet you didn't know that you have to work harder to regulate your temperature therefore your body actually burns more calories Layer up, keep warm & ditch the excuses!
